Job Summary
The Lawndale Elementary School District has an opening for a School Office Manager at William Green Elementary School. This position is a 10-month, 8 hour/day position that accumulates one paid vacation and sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD pays 100% for employee health/welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc). Dependent coverage is at a cost to the employee. In addition, LESD provides a $1,000 per year career enrichment program for employees. Requirements / Qualifications
W. Green Elementary School Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm (8 hours per day) Application Requirements - Completed Edjoin Application (Reassignment Request if current LESD employee) - Resume - Verification of High School Graduation (or GED) - Typing certificate verifying a net typing score of 45 wpm or better dated within 12-months. Online typing tests are accepted. The test certificate must have the name of the agency, your full name, and net wpm. The test must be a 5-minute typing test. One-minute tests are not accepted. Please see the "Links Related to this Job" to obtain the list of approved Typing Certificate locations.
Applicants must take and pass the District's Clerk II written test and pass with a score of 70% or better. Applications submitted without the required attachments will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will not be invited to the Clerical II written exam.
Current LESD employees please submit a reassignment request form and the required documents by the closing date and time. Reassignment Request forms can be obtained from our website, on Ed-Join, or from the District Office.
