Unique Benefits of Being a KUSD School Psychologist include: Opportunity for work/life balance with a 166-day fiscal year employment contract, opportunity to build a pension through the Arizona State Retirement System; and options for no-cost health benefits. Required Education and Experience: Master’s or more advanced degree from an accredited institution with relative coursework and internship or experience to qualify for the Standard School Psychologist, PreKindergarten-12 Certificate through Arizona Department of Education. Required Certifications/Licenses: Standard School Psychologist, PreKindergarten-12 Certificate through Arizona Department of Education Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
