Our Program Directors work closely with the Regional Vice President of Operations to provide personalized, evidence-based educational services for nontraditional learners in collaboration with families and public school districts. The Program Director supervises and provides direction to the administrative educational and related services staff to assure successful delivery of quality educational services and Spectrum Schools objectives. Position Details:
- Supervise the day to day operations of all campus operations and activities of the school including all staff and school schedules.
- Develop and coordinate educational programs through meetings with staff, review of teachers’ activities and issuance of directives.
- Develop regular positive and professional relationships with key school district personnel to market the educational services of their school in order to retain and expand our contracts.
- Work with the AVP of Operations to develop marketing plans to ensure the success of Spectrum Schools and Educational programs.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
- Assist in behavioral interventions and reviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and student representatives.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education Required: Masters or better in Special Education or related field Experience: Counseling background 4 years: Experience working in Special Education and/or a student population with diverse needs.
