Administrative Position: All Souls Catholic School (Start August 2022) Position: Vice Principal All Souls Catholic School in South San Francisco is a Preschool-8 school serving a diverse community that values quality education in a contemporary world, with emphasis on Catholic values and morals. The school community is seeking a qualified Vice Principal The applicant must have a passion for creating a collaborative environment for learning. Assist the school principal in overall administration of instructional program and school level operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services. The applicant will be supportive of the Catholic Ethos of the school and participate in school activities and in Professional Learning Communities. Qualifications: • Candidates must possess an undergraduate 4-year degree • A California Teaching Credential AND • A California Administrative Credential (Tier1). • Experience in Elementary and Junior High curriculum is also preferred. Special Knowledge/Skills: • Thorough understanding of school operations • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate campus support operations • Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction • Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness • Ability to manage budget and personnel • Ability to coordinate campus functions • Ability to implement policy and procedures • Ability to interpret data • Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five years experience as a classroom teacher Major Responsibilities and Duties: Instructional Management 1.
