POSITION SUMMARY The Instructional Dean serves as the educational leader of the staff and students at the school site. In collaboration with the Site Director, he or she is responsible for the execution of the instructional program development and leadership of the staff. The Instructional Dean will oversee the instructional program to provide a quality educational environment that meets the need of all students. The Instructional Dean in conjunction with the School Leader will serve as a member of the administrative team dedicated to cultivating excellence throughout the school and community. They will have the leadership responsibility of coaching and managing the school’s teachers.
