Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, supports and extends student learning; performs a variety of academic, enrichment and recreational activities for students; engages students in active and meaningful experiences; and performs routine clerical work. Requirements / Qualifications

This position is offering a $1,250.00 one Time Incentive payment. Payment will be disbursed in two equal payments on December 10, 2022, and again on May 10, 2023. The employee must be in paid status on those dates to qualify for compensation. Resume Letter of Intent Two Current Letters of Recommendation (not necessary for current FCUSD employees) Passing the Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test is required. If you are recommended for this position, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment. QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed below. * Must pass the District’s Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test prior to being hired. * Must meet CPR/First Aid certification requirements.

Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - CPR/First Aid Certification (at time of employment) - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment Completion of six units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development is required within the first year of employment. ***Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID~19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID~19 testing***
