Requirements / Qualifications
Must hold a valid Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with CLAD certification. Note: Out of state Teaching Credential will not be considered.
A virtual assessment will be administered as part of the selection process. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) or your application will not move forward in the selection process.

Under direction of the Virtual Village Principal, this TOR will be responsible for the direct instruction of students in a distance learning environment for 4 hours daily including iCan sessions on Friday and once regional monthly park meet ups. The teacher will serve an assigned grade span between K-8. They will instruct, collaborate with parents on goal setting, lesson plan, review student learning, create online portfolios, proctor assessments, create report cards and assign grades. This position qualifies for full health and wellness benefits, training and professional development and CalSTRS retirement.
Notes:
* Positions are pending Board approval and based on enrollment.
* Mileage will be reimbursed for work travel.
* Upon hire, employee may be placed in multiple charters which could have tax implications.
* Position cross posted in Orange County and Riverside County, no need to apply in all.
* Springs Charter Schools adheres to all California Department of Public Health mandates to ensure in-person instruction at campuses and administrative operations are conducted in a safe manner consistent with state and local public health guidance.
* Upon hire, candidate must submit a copy of their vaccination card or agree to free weekly COVID testing at any of our site locations.
