Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Business and Finance, the HR and Finance Technician is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Finance departments through specialized responsibilities and day-to-day functions supporting the HR and finance operations of Navigator Schools Support Office and school sites. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Navigator Schools Support Office and site staff, hold self to high expectations, and uphold Navigator Schools culture at all times. This position is based out of the Navigator Schools Support Office in Hollister, CA.
