• Letter of Intent explaining qualifications and desire to work for a public charter school • Resume • Three letters of recommendation (including one from a current Supervisor/administrator) Letters must be no older than 2 years. • Must apply on Edjoin.org

Comments and Other Information

A deep understanding of early childhood education and child development is imperative Strong oral and written communication skills including advocacy skills; fluency in Spanish highly desired Ability to connect and build relationships with students and their families Ability to facilitate connections with students and faculty, and to work with tracking systems (organizational skills required). Experience working with at-risk youth Proactive, self-starting and motivating approach essential Familiarity with Social Emotional Curriculum and Illuminate a plus Pass a criminal background check/ fingerprints (DOJ/ FBI) Training in Restorative Justice required Must show proof of Covid vaccination
