Candidates must possess an Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate and/or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects teaching credential from the CTC . Or be eligible to apply for an Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate and/or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects from the CTC.

^The following hiring Bonus for the positions listed are available to teachers who possess a Preliminary or Clear Credential (or Provisional Internship Permit, Short Term Staff Permit or Intern Credential) in the subject areas of math, science, English, NJROTC, and Special Education:
Preliminary or Clear Teaching Credential-
a. A bonus of $5000 less applicable taxes and deductions payable with the February 2022 or August 2022 Supplemental Payroll; and
b. A final bonus of $5000 less applicable taxes and deductions payable with the August Supplemental Payroll in his/her third year of employment with the District.
Provisional Internship Permit, Short Term Staff Permit or Internship Credential-
a. A bonus of $1000 less applicable taxes and deductions payable with the February or August 2022 Supplemental Payroll; and
b. An additional bonus of $1000 less applicable taxes and deductions payable with the August Supplemental Payroll in his/her second year of employment with the District; and
c. A final bonus of $1000 less applicable taxes and deductions payable with the August Supplemental Payroll in his/her third year of employment with the District.
For Out of State Candidates or those Candidates who will be Relocating from more than 150 Miles away-
a. A Relocation Expense Reimbursement of up to $2500 will be provided upon submittal of receipts for moving truck/service, lodging during travel to Hanford, meal expense during travel, gas expenses during travel; and
b. An additional Pre-signing Trip bonus of up to $1000 will be provided upon submittal of receipts for 1 round trip air ticket to Fresno, CA for the candidates, up to 3 nights of lodging expense; rental car for up to 4 days, and/ meals for up to 4 days for the candidates.
