Job Summary
The Office Manager is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, and reports to the Director of Education. The Office Manager helps foster an inclusive environment, welcoming for our visitors and the AchieveKids team. This dynamic position provides a variety of skilled confidential administrative and clerical support for senior management and the Board of Directors. This person supervises the organization’s office services, including maintenance of electronic and paper records, upkeep of databases, mail pick up and distribution, reception, and communications. Responsibilities involve exposure to sensitive information and require diplomacy, discretion, and judgement.
