Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal, the Program Manager maintains compliance with all federal and state rules, laws, and regulations; manages all categorical budgets allotted to the school; evaluates the effectiveness of categorical programs through data analysis and presents results to all stakeholders; works in conjunction with the site administrator(s) on student discipline; creates and revises a variety of site plans; assists with the development of the Master Schedule (secondary); and supervises co- and extra-curricular events during, and outside of, the instructional day and during weekends and holiday breaks.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1. A minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience, five years preferred 2. A minimum of three years of successful site-level administrative experience 3. Demonstrated achievement as an educational leader with vision and strong interpersonal skills, including specific evidence of student academic improvement in a school setting as a result of the candidate’s leadership 4. California Administrative Service Credential, required 5. Master’s Degree, required 6. Doctorate Degree, preferred 7. District paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans are provided for employee and dependents, up to a $12,700 district contribution.
