
Director, Human Resources at Madera County Superintendent of Schools
Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provide administrative support and assistance to plan, coordinate, organize, develop, implement, and analyze the internal systems, services, and activities within the office of Human Resources. Provide oversight, administrative support, and supervision within the area of credentials. Perform complex and specialized work, research, and assist with the efforts of various special projects as assigned; train, assign, or lead the work of assigned personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, education, public administration, or related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, education, or a related field, including administrative experience, training, supervision, and evaluation of personnel. Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
