To submit the document electronically, please save the document to your computer, complete the document, save the document again and return it to your Personnel Technician in Human Resources no later than the Application Deadline above. Voluntary Transfers requests may also be faxed in, sent through district mail, or hand delivered to Human Resources by the Application Deadline above. Be advised that Voluntary Transfers are for Permanent and Probationary employees only, not Temporary employees, Substitutes or outside candidates.
