**YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE Completed Classified Edjoin application - Resume - At least three Signed Letters of Reference less than one year old and one must be from immediate supervisor. (Electronic signatures are not accepted.) -Typing certificate minimum 40 net words per minute 5 minutes in duration issued within the last two years. (On-line certificates are not accepted) Must pass Secretarial/Clerical examination: Exam will be administered - Friday, May 13, 2022 at 9 am. 1717 W. Merced Ave., West Covina 91790. THIS IS THE FINAL NOTICE OF THE TESTING DATE All of the required documents must be submitted with the application in order to test and be considered for the position. Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform complex and responsible secretarial duties such as maintaining complex financial records and monitoring budgets; plan, organize and coordinate office activities to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical details.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent to graduation from high school, and one year increasingly responsible secretarial experience at the level of a Secretary I. Licenses/Other: Passing score on written secretarial examination and typing of net 40 words per minute. A typing certificate must be attached with application. • Drug Screening by District approved facility

- Coronavirus Training
First Aid/CPR Certificate is required within three months of employment
