Members of the New LA team are deeply invested in the mission, culture, and success of the school, and collaborate with colleagues on many aspects of the school.
Requirements / Qualifications
In order to be considered for this position at New LA, candidates must: ? Hold a California PPS credential, LCSW or LMFT; ? Have experience working with 6-8 students; ? Demonstrate excellent rapport with students and parents; ? Have experience as a counselor or therapist; ? Be committed to the mission and values of New LA and able to articulate commitment to the mission; ? Demonstrate commitment to social justice; ? Be flexible and be a team player; ? Go the extra mile in order to meet the educational needs of our students; ? Have a positive outlook, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and appreciate different points of view.
