New Los Angeles Elementary Charter School (New LA) is seeking high energy, well organized teaching assistants who are interested in the elementary grades and are seeking a small school environment. NewLA is looking for teaching assistants that have a desire to become lead teachers and are seeking growth opportunities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or be enrolled in a university program (CA Teaching Credential or enrollment in Credentialing Program a plus); Have experience working with elementary age students; ? Commitment to the values of New LA and ability to articulate commitment to the mission; ? Demonstrated commitment to social justice; ? Be flexible and be a team player; ? Go the extra mile in order to meet the educational needs of our students; ? Positive outlook, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and appreciate different points of view; ? Bilingual in Spanish a plus; ? Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
