Job Summary
Under the direction of a certificated staff member, performs the necessary duties to assist in the implementation of a program for the regular and special needs of children in the classroom by working with individual students or small groups. The instructional aide assists the teacher in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.

Assist class teacher to facilitate grade level program as adopted by the Board of Directors in collaboration with Class Teacher. Work closely with class teacher in all aspects of the daily curriculum to promote self-directed, reflective learning for all students. Ability to work with children.
Ability to support an age appropriate program to pupils. Support teacher in facilitating student's development, provide pupil motivation, establish and maintain student behavior standards, evaluate students’ progress.
Successful applicant must agree to background check and fingerprinting, as well as TB test.
