Job Summary
Responsibilities: *Work with the athletic director to develop the growth of the basketball program. *Serve as the lead in overall planning and execution of the basketball program including staffing, fundraising, scheduling, academic leadership and recruiting. *Lead planning and organizing team practice sessions for all levels. *Develop and implement a team strength and conditioning program. *Work to develop and implement game strategies. *Ability to coach team members and in groups. *Develop and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to support the culture of the school and athletic program. *Manage and lead the coaching staff. *Adhere to all state, section, league rules and regulation *Build a positive relationship with all of the members of the Logan community including the student-athletes, administration, staff, parents, and alumni. *Be a mentor to the athletes both in basketball and in life.

Qualifications: *Previous coaching experience at a high school, college level, or professional level. *Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. *Must be able to work collaboratively with other coaches *Must be SELF-directive *Time commitment -must be available for practices and games during weekday afternoons, evenings, holiday breaks, weekends. *Must be able to attend athletic department meetings
