Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, provides basic, non-technical assistance to the machine program workshop, classrooms, and laboratories at the Simi Institute for Careers & Education.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience Enrollment in the Simi Institute for Careers & Education machine program or equivalent recognized machine instructional program and successful completion of the machine classroom safety protocols test or equivalent machine safety examination OR Six months of experience working in an industry which provides familiarity with basic machining and shop safety
