A Stock Control Assistant performs manual and clerical store keeping duties in connection with the ordering, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and shipping supplies, goods, materials, textbooks and equipment; and may be responsible for a small supply operation. SALARY INFORMATION MONTHLY SALARY: $4,319.14-$5,350.64 ($51,829.68-$64,207.68 annually) *Salary Information is based on a full-time, 12-month position. VACANCY INFORMATION A vacancy exists at Los Angeles Mission College, 13356 Eldridge Ave, Sylmar, CA 91342. BENEFITS • District-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for employee and dependents. • $50,000 District-paid life insurance policy. • 12 full-pay days and 88 half-pay days of illness leave. • A minimum of 15 paid holidays per year. • Up to 24 days of vacation annually depending on years of service. • Public Employees Retirement System. • Employee Assistance Program. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN APPLICATION: Education: Graduation from high school or its equivalent. Experience: Two years of full-time, paid experience in receiving, inspecting, storing, or issuing supplies and equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Special: A valid Class “C” California driver's license may be required for some positions.
