Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Chief Strategy Officer is instrumental in helping the district ensure that there are excellent staff in every position across Ravenswood, as well as supporting the District’s various strategic initiatives. Those initiatives currently include an expansion of TK, extending the school day and year, the district’s enrollment process, overseeing the district’s external communications, and updating the district’s strategic plan and accompanying documents. The ideal candidate will be an equity-driven and results-oriented leader with experience in human resources, strategic projects / consulting, and working in public schools.
