ALPHASTAR is looking for instructors for AlphaStar Academy Summer Math Camps. At the camps gifted students are trained for math competitions and Olympiads such as MathCounts, American Mathematics Competitions, American Invitational Math Exam, and USA Math Olympiads. ALPHASTAR provides the necessary teaching materials. In addition to teaching, there may be some additional duties such as grading or proctoring exams and other activities in the camps. Qualifications: MUST have Math coaching/teaching experience in MathCounts, AMC, or AIME. Teaching/tutoring/coaching experience Enjoy problem-solving and teaching Experience in participating/coaching National/International Math Competitions Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Camp Dates: All camps will be online and in a day camp format. Instructor may choose any camp(s) that works for him/her. Math Camps (15 weekdays): Camp 1: June 6 - 24 Camp 2: June 27 - July 15 Camp 3: July 18 - August 5 Seasonal (2022 Summer Camp - Weekdays only, 8hr/day): $220-$400 per day* (*) Salary may vary depending on background qualifications and experience.
