PURPOSE
To establish a list of eligible candidates that will be used to fill current and future part time vacancies for the duration of the list, up to one year. The immediate vacancy is a 12-month, part-time position located at the Simi Institute for Careers & Education, CA.
Current Vacancy Duty hours:
Monday 3:30 - 8:30 (5 HRS/Day)
Tues/Wednesday - 10:00 - 4:30 (6 HRS/Day)
Thursday 12:00 - 8:30 (8 HRS/Day)
Total of 25 hrs. per week.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on May 2, 2022. Late applications and/or certificates will not be accepted.
TESTING PROCESS:
A) Multiple Choice Test = 40% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for the week of May 9, 2022.
B) Structured Interview = 60% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for the week of May 16, 2022.
