Oakland School for the Arts (OSA) is a dynamic, thriving, diverse charter school in an urban environment that serves approximately 800 students in grades 6-12. We are seeking an Assistant Principal to join our team. The Assistant Principal works with the Principal, Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, Pathway Coordinator and other members of their team to build a safe and affirming school community that centers students and student learning.

Requirements / Qualifications

(Two of which should be current or previous supervisors of your role).

Minimum Qualifications B.A. or B.S. required, relevant Master’s Degree a plus 3+ years experience working in school environment Experience effectively leading teams/adults Experience with restorative justice and responsive classroom practices Administrative Services Credential preferred
