Hayward Twin Oaks Montessori School, a first through twelfth grade public charter school located in Hayward, CA, is accepting applications for the position of full-time elementary classroom lead teacher for the 2022-23 school year. Each elementary classroom has 28 students with a full-time classroom assistant. The curriculum is Common Core and Montessori standards-based, using Montessori methods and materials. Job Description The Elementary School Lead Teacher guides students in an environment that nurtures the children's academic, social, physical, and emotional needs; in an environment that challenges each child to reach their fullest potential, in accordance with both the American Montessori Society and the California State educational standards.
