The Intervention K-8 teacher will provide instruction to students from various grades throughout the school day. The Intervention teacher will work closely with the K-8 classroom teachers so that the intervention class time supports and assists the students in improving their classroom academic outcomes. The intervention teacher may also provide ELD instruction to support ELL students. San Lucas School is a single-school district of about 75 students, located in Monterey County at the southern end of the Salinas Valley. It is an agricultural, rural community of approximately 400 people. We are located just 15 minutes south of King City, and less than an hour's drive north from beautiful Paso Robles, one of the the New York Times' featured places to visit in 2020. **Preference will be given to teachers who are bilingual in English and Spanish, or hold both a multiple subject teaching credential and education specialist credential
Salary Range: $48,000-$83,000, depending on years of service and education credits
