Previous coaching experience preferred
Basic understanding and ability to teach the fundamentals of the game and team strategy
Flexible work hours as practice times are always changing
Good communication skills with Varsity coach and Athletic Director
Must be able to demonstrate and teach the qualities of good sportsmanship
Effectively communicate with student-athletes and parents
Athletic Directors may add any further qualifications they have established for particular positions.
