As our program continues to grow we are looking for a full time Assistant Director for our Early Childhood Education program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children and partnering with parents and families to guide preschoolers to know the love of Jesus Christ. This position is responsible for assisting the Preschool Director with Administrative tasks, filling in the classroom when a Substitute cannot be secured, planning, program communications, active supervision, scheduling and supporting teachers in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, including lessons for spiritual growth and development of the whole child. This position requires that all biblical teachings be in accordance with EFCC’s calling, commitments and practices. This position also requires knowledge and experience in customer service, computer skills, planning, communications, etc.
