BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned project administrator, process attendance claims submitted to the Child Development Department by contracted providers to arrange payment; prepare Agreement for Services for day care providers related to Federal Block/Alternative Payment programs; communicate with provides and families regarding attendance claims and related issues.

Requirements / Qualifications

Edjoin Application. Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by course work in data analysis or related field and two years of experience in data analysis or a related accounting function. SPECIAL NOTE: SCOE Data Technician Certificate must be attached to your application. Applicants that do not attach SCOE Data Technician Certificate and meet the minimum requirements may be invited to test on FRIDAY, APRIL 8, 2022. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice/FBI/CACI Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance and DMV clearance will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. IMMUNIZATIONS: Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza, pertussis, and measles.
