Requirements / Qualifications
• Education level must consist of a recognized high school diploma and competency in core subjects • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, work experience may be substituted for education • Experience in a school environment preferred • Experience in customer service, community outreach, or similar field • Ability to speak a second language is desirable Vaccination Required: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (vaccination exemptions may apply) or submission to weekly COVID-19 testing upon employment
Letter of Introduction Resume Letter of Recommendation (3 letters of recommendation) TB Clearance- Must produce written proof within sixty (30) days of initial hire

Comments and Other Information
This is a part time hourly position which may include working nights and weekends attending meetings and/or community events. The position will be required to attend activities in the extended Sacramento region focusing in Yuba City.
The purpose and function of the Community Resource and Outreach Technician is to support the mission and objectives of the assigned school and program to represent the organization at community events and meetings in the area assigned. This position will develop community contacts with local agencies and establish community involvement at events to promote resources and the school to community members. The Community Resource and Outreach Technician reports to the Director of Outreach and Public Affairs to facilitate involvement in assigned areas of expansion and/or need.
PCI offers full time employees a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision and STRS for certificated staff. A 401k plan is available for ALL STAFF (including part-time) with an employer contribution.
