Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred and two years of accounting or auditing experience. 2. Implement training programs related to software systems. 3. Develop training materials and train personnel individually or in groups. 4. Perform a variety of specialized accounting duties to assist in the preparation, analysis and maintenance of designated budgets. 5. Evaluate and project annual income and expenditures to determine budget requirements. 6. Maintain accurate financial and statistical records. 7. Analyze financial data and prepare reports, forecasts and recommendations. 8. Verify, balance and adjust budgets and accounts. 9. Review, process, evaluate and verify a variety of budgetary and financial information. 10. Identify, investigate and resolve financial errors and discrepancies. 11. Assemble, organize and prepare data for records and reports. 12. Reconcile, balance and audit assigned budgets and accounts. 13. Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures. 14. Compare numbers and detect errors efficiently. 15. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 16.
