The Landscape Technician II plants and cares for lawns, shrubbery, and trees; assists in the training and direction of entry level Landscape Technicians; and performs other skilled gardening and ground maintenance duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

There is currently several 40 hours per week, 12-month Landscape Technician II positions available working in various District locations. OSS Salary Schedule: Grade 028

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to one year of recent, full-time, paid, diversified gardening or landscaping work. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver's license. Personality and character suited to working on school grounds.
