Job Summary
The Director of Student Services builds the capacity of the organization to ensure four-year college eligibility and persistence for all students. As an integral member of the Educational Services Team, the Director provides leadership in the development, implementation, and monitoring of systems, policies, and core practices specifically related to closing achievement gaps and access issues for specific student groups. The Director will also provide for compliance with State and Federal regulations and work within the policies and regulations of the District. Ideal candidates are visionary, inspiring, and systems oriented.
