**YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE Completed Classified Edjoin application - Resume - Typing Certificate of 40 net words per minute less than 2 years old 5 minute duration (Online certificates are not accepted) - At least three signed Letters of Reference less than one year old and one must be from immediate supervisor (Electronic signatures are not accepted) - Must pass Secretarial/Clerical examination: Exam will be administered - Dates: Monday, 4/4/2022 and/or Tuesday, 4/5/2022, at 9 am, 1717 W. Merced Ave. West Covina 91790. All of the required documents must be submitted with the application in order to test and be considered for the position. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR TESTING DATE Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of clerical duties within a school setting involving typing, filing, maintaining records or reports, and responding to inquiries from students, parents, staff, and administrators; develop and maintain an effective and positive relationship with others.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience involving some contact with the public. Passing score on written Secretarial/Clerical examination. Typing Certificate of 40 net words per minute 5 minute duration.
