Job Summary
North Orange County ROP has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Assistant preferably with credentialing and recruitment and selection experience in a public school environment. Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Assistant performs a variety of routine and specialized technical human resources functions to support departmental operations. The Senior Human Resources Assistant administers benefits and leaves of absence; performs duties related to recruitment and selection processes; responds to questions from applicants regarding the recruitment and selection process. The Senior Human Resources Assistant also performs a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, onboarding, running routine and specialized queries and generating reports from the human resources database, operating an assigned live scan machine.
Requirements / Qualifications
