Wayfinder Family Services is seeking motivated and committed individuals 18 and older to serve as Camp staff that includes Camp Counselors and Activity Leaders during their 2022 summer residential camping program at Camp Bloomfield. Starting in 1958, Camp Bloomfield has served thousands of children youth, and adults who are blind and visually impaired. Camp Bloomfield offers a vast array of traditional camp activities adapted for campers of all ages and abilities that provides campers a natural and safe environment to develop self-esteem and build independence while having fun! Camp Bloomfield is the only one of its kind in Southern California that is offered free of charge to campers. This year’s 2022 summer camp will take place at Pathfinder Ranch in Mountain Center, CA, www.pathfinderranch.com Nestled against the San Jacinto Mountains in Garner Valley, California, Pathfinder Ranch founded in 1964 is easily accessible from surrounding cities such as Riverside, Palm Springs, Temecula, and Hemet. Its location next to the San Bernardino National Forest also offers access to open, natural spaces for a learning and fun environment. Camp Bloomfield and Pathfinder Ranch are accredited by the American Camping Association (ACA).
