The Lawndale Elementary School District has an opening for an Elementary School Principal at William Anderson Elementary School. Anderson Elementary houses LESD's Life Skills special education program for grades TK - 5th grade. This campus has a current enrollment of approximately 585 students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum requirements include: 1. Five (5) years classroom teaching experience 2. Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or related area 3. Current CA Administrative Services Credential and Single Subject credential 4. Evidence of leadership responsibility, which may include service as a teacher-leader, curriculum specialist, Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), language arts specialist, etc. 5. Experience working in a culturally and economically diverse community preferred 6. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Required Documents: (must be attached to your EDJOIN application in pdf format. Incomplete applications may be screened out): * Resume * Letter of interest * Copy of current credentials including Admin * Three (3) recent/signed letters of recommendation.
