IT TECHNICIAN BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Installing workstations and repairing stand alone, WAN and LAN networks (i.e. servers, switches, workstations, and printers on installing and repairing peripherals, installing workstation software, and providing support through help desk and on site assistance. This job functions at a level of independence that requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to use various technologies and computer platforms.
