This position is responsible for providing a class of students with a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment. ***This part-time, temporary position is for the HEART summer session we offer beginning in June, and works 5 hours a day. ****This part-time temporary position has the option of becoming a permanent (regular) position at the conclusion of summer session, working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Education and Experience: High School diploma plus: - Must meet NCLB Paraprofessional certification requirements - Experience working with students (elementary - high school) preferred
- NCLB Compliance (Please submit verification of one of the following: 48 or more completed college units or verification of an A.A./A.S. degree (or higher) or proof of passage of the Instructional Aide Assessment exam)
- Proof of HS Graduation (Please submit: your high school diploma OR high school transcripts OR your GED)
- Resume (Please attach a current resume outlining your experience and education relevant to the Program Leader I position)
