As the Associate Director of Network Operations (ADNO) you will thrive in a dynamic startup environment. The ADOS will play a critical role in leading the internal operational functions at the network level to ensure that major operational systems at Alpha are working efficiently, accurately, and with strong accountability. What you’ll do… --Oversee all major operational systems and processes at Alpha, including facilities, procurement, attendance, state reporting, data systems, and food service --Facilitate improvement of network-wide systems and procedures --Partner with the Associate Director of School Operations to ensure that school-based operations teams understand, learn, and follow Alpha’s operations systems and processes --Manage the Regional Operations Associate and Regional Data & Operations Associate around strong execution of Alpha’s operational systems --Manage the IT team at the network office --Partner with the Chief Operating Officer on long-term strategy of operational systems and procedures at Alpha. --Partner with network and school colleagues on a variety of critical medium and long-term projects
