Essential duties include: * Evaluate and support student work through Canvas assignment feedback and submissions; * Development of curriculum and pacing guides for all high school classes within the department; * Attend monthly face-to-face meetings with Director of Instructional Support as required to develop department meeting agendas and discuss departmental issues; * Development of the agenda and chairing monthly departmental meetings to share best practices and effective instructional techniques within the department; * Monthly teacher support and informal observation in the classroom with the goal of developing the teachers’ skills in personalizing education within the classroom setting.
