BASIC FUNCTION: A Climate and Culture Specialist assists with the design and implementation of the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, Restorative Practices, and Social Emotional Learning. They provide high-quality professional learning and coaching to FUSD staff and school site Climate & Culture teams on developing and maintaining a positive school climate and culture. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Persons employed in this position may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below (E). Provide discipline intervention to students, such as student conferences to develop social skills and academic improvement plans.
