BASIC FUNCTION: A Climate and Culture Specialist assists with the design and implementation of the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, Restorative Practices, and Social Emotional Learning. They provide high-quality professional learning and coaching to FUSD staff and school site Climate & Culture teams on developing and maintaining a positive school climate and culture. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: (Persons employed in this position may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below (E).
