Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP), an all girls’, Catholic high school in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ), located in San Diego, is currently seeking to hire a Director of Admissions for the 2022-2023 school year to begin as soon as mutually agreed, and no later than July 1, 2022. The Director of Admissions reports directly to the Head of School and provides the necessary leadership, planning, and management for all facets of the admissions efforts. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive enrollment management program built upon quantitative analysis, strategic decision-making, and an ethos of continuous improvement, while fostering a culture that emphasizes strong personal relationships, a high-touch, customer-service approach, communication and transparency, entrepreneurism, flexibility, and collaboration. The Director of Admissions works collaboratively with all senior staff and administrators. This is a full-time, twelve-month exempt position. OLP is a diverse school community of 750 girls, that strives to educate young women of heart, faith, courage and excellence. As the oldest and only remaining all girls’ high school in San Diego, celebrating 140 years educating young women, OLP takes pride in honoring both its traditions of sisterhood, alongside a spirit of innovation. The school celebrates a diverse student body with close to 18% of its students calling Baja California home, commuting across the US - Mexico border each day. Upwards of 70% of the student body identify as women of color, coming from over 82 different zip codes across all of San Diego.
