BASIC FUNCTION:.
Under the direction of a Manager, Director or higher-level administrator, implements activities of more than one program type including, eligibility, recruitment selection, family engagement, community engagement, social services and parent education. Facilitates Parent Advisory Committee meetings; monitors and provides technical assistance and in-service to staff, and maintains liaison with community agencies.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
Valid California driver's license.
Subject to driving to conduct work and may be required to provide own transportation.
BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
