Supervisory teachers at Pacific View Charter School are responsible for ensuring the success of our students. During weekly meetings between the Supervisory Teacher, student and learning coach (parent/guardian) our teachers discuss and assist students in the completion of their weekly assignments, monitor their progress, and grade the student’s completed work. • Teachers are required to maintain subject matter expertise and complete knowledge of the California state standards. • The Supervisory Teacher will design high quality engaging lessons with a focus on collaborative learning that support the development of higher order thinking skills and promote a growth mindset. • Teachers are expected to support the PVCS Code of Conduct, as well as, utilize the school’s resources to support the social emotional needs of their students.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: •Cover Letter •Resume •Three (3) Signed Letters of Recommendation from Administrators •Complete Transcripts for BA/BS Degree REQUIRED - unofficial is acceptable •Valid CALIFORNIA SINGLE SUBJECT - Biological or Life Sciences credential - with English Learner, ELA1 or the equivalent
