Requirements / Qualifications
Must be fully credentialed prior to Fall 2022. YOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: *A Clear, Preliminary, or intern CA teaching credential, OR *Proof of eligibility via university appeasement letter that you will be fully credentialed by Fall 2022, OR *Full credential from outside of CA. Submit an online application before Thursday, March 10th, 4 p.m. along with a copy of your teaching credential. Access a copy of your credential on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) website at www.ctc.ca.gov.
CREDENTIAL/ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS *If you are a candidate with a CA intern, preliminary or clear teaching credential, you must include a copy of the credential your with application to determine eligibility. *If you are a candidate and have a teaching credential from another state, you must include a copy of your credential(s) and copies of unofficial transcripts with your application to determine eligibility. *If you are a candidate from a foreign country, you will need to include copies of your evaluated transcripts with your application to determine eligibility. A link is included in this posting with a list of approved foreign transcript evaluation agencies. *If you are not yet credentialed and have not completed the University program, you will need to forward an appeasement letter from the University to determine eligibility. LETTERS OF APPEASEMENT must come from your University and state the following: your full name, anticipated program completion date prior to Fall 2022, expected credential level, type of credential, and subject authorization.
