INCENTIVE: $5000 SIGNING BONUS* Salary Placement may vary based on prior public school bus driving experience. Applicants with previous public school bus driving experience would be placed at a higher salary range of Bus Driver II beginning at $20.19 - $24.54 per hour DOE.
Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS In order to be considered you must submit the following: Letter of Interest Current Resume One Letter of Recommendation Copy of Required License and Certificates
INCENTIVE * $5000 Signing Bonus - Payment shall be paid as follows: 1st half ($2500) to be paid if fully certified in first paycheck, or District will pay 1st half at time of completion of certification, and 2nd half ($2500) to be paid at the end of the 2nd year of service providing the employee is in active paid status and has submitted their intent to return the following school year at the time of the final school year paycheck. PENDING BOARD APPROVAL * The District may sponsor the applicant for the cost of training and will pay the hourly rate for the training time with a year commitment to the District. If sponsored and the applicant gets a job elsewhere before the year is up, they will be billed for a prorated amount of the training costs.
