General Description Under the supervision of the secondary school lead, the Food Service Worker performs kitchen set up and clean up; food handling, preparation, cooking and serving of students and staff in accordance with the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program rules and regulations and California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law food safety regulations.
