Requirements / Qualifications
All applicants must submit a completed Edjoin application, letter of interest, resume, copy of credentials and licenses, copy of transcripts, and three current professional letters of reference (dated within the past 12 months) to be considered.
All applicants must hold an appropriate credential authorizing speech therapy services OR hold a master's degree in communication disorders, meet the basic skills requirement, and hold a valid license from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

$5,000 one-time signing bonus (fully credentialed SLP with Masters Degree)
PLUS ADDITIONAL SIGNING BONUS OF $7,500 PAID OUT OVER 3 YEAR PERIOD FOR NEW SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST HIRED IN 2021/2022:
YEAR 1 21-22: $2,500;
YEAR 2 22-23: $2,500;
YEAR 3 23-24: $2,500
AND
$5,000 annual stipend for 3 C's (Master' Degree, a Certificate of Clinical Competence, State SLP License)
OR $2,500 annual stipend with only SLP Credential
ALL RELATED EXPERIENCE CREDIT ACCEPTED FOR PLACEMENT ON THE SALARY SCHEDULE
